The hospital care from reception was extremely thorough, painstaking and the patent treated with total courtesy throughout. The doctors made a number of investigations to identify the problem. Beyond that I would like to say that from the most junior employee to the mort senior staff member, the courtesy was exemplary.

Alan Curan - provided a vital useful service, all provided with a cheery smile. He re tubed and cleaned both of the patient's hearing aids and replaced the batteries.
Quick efficient and excellent work. He is a credit to himself and the NHS.
